This is a Cape Cod Central train, east-bound, along the Cape Cod Canal. The train reached the end of its west-bound journey, about 500 meters down the track, and the Engine Crew walked the length of the train to what is now be the lead engine. It is almost 1:15PM and the train is running nearly 45 minutes late. This shot was taken where Pleasant Street, in Sandwich, MA, comes closest to the tracks.
