Accommodation Styles

Bed and Breakfasts

A traditional bed and breakfast, or B & B ", as they are often called, is a residence or property where both the owners and guests live under one roof. A Bed and Breakfast is often a big familyhome or property which has either been specifically converted, or purpose built, to accommodate guests in their own rooms, and in most cases with private bathrooms. In some cases bathrooms may be shared amongst guests. The hosts live on the same premises as the guests, usually in a separate part of the Bed and Breakfast. As the name suggests this accommodation option includes both bed and a sumptuous breakfast freshly cooked, or prepared, each morning by the hosts.

Self Contained Accommodation

Self Contained Accommodation provides all the amenities you may require in order to live. Some institutions, such as laundry, must be shared but your accommodation will include full cooking facilities and refrigerator. Self contained accommodation can vary from quaint historic cottages, functional homes, cabins and modern apartments. The self-catering option is ideal for families, groups and those who want a little more privacy.

Hotels

HotelAccommodation is usually one room with private bathroom and lounge area, although some rooms are more like large homes and completely self-contained. Many hotels are and can provide in-house restaurant, swimming pool and conference facilities.

Motels

This form of accommodation must be given by the word combination of "development drivers" and "Hotel", a "motel". Motels are literally houses for people who can drive vehicles up to the doorstheir rooms. The rooms usually consist of a bedroom and a bathroom, though some motels (or Motor Inn) offers apartment-style do, Fully self contained options.

Farm
