WEST TISBURY -- Investigators are trying to determine what caused a double-engine plane to crash last night shortly after 8 pm, killing the pilot. David Willey, 61, of Vineyard Haven, was the only person on board the Cape Air flight and suffered serious injuries as a result of the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the state police.
