Daniel Price was convicted this morning by a Falmouth District Court jury of motor vehicle homicide when he stuck and killed Emmanuel "Manny" Moniz along Route 28 in Mashpee last July. Price will serve two years probation. Moniz, an inmate in the Barnstable County Correctional Facility, was working at the time on an inmate work crew.
