A 28-year-old Plymouth woman has been arrested in connection with the Jan. 1 hit-and-run death of 17-year-old Andrew J. Dexter Jr., Bourne police said this morning. Andrea Mastandrea, 28, of Plymouth, was arrested this morning on charges of homicide by negligent operation, leaving the scene of an accident after causing death and operation of an unregistered motor vehicle.
